What Is Online Training?
I design programs for individuals who are serious about their training and results. You must first inquire with me listing your goals and why now is the time that you want to make a difference in your life. I accept only 25-30 clients at a time. This allows me to give you my full attention, which in turn, enables us to achieve the results I’ve become known for.
Once you have joined my team, you are by no means alone in your goal. You gain access to a closed Facebook group with all of my clients. This gives you the support of a community while giving you the flexibility necessary to stay consistent. [Not everyone has the same program, but everyone IS working towards their unique goal.]
Whether you’re looking to improve your strength, size, mobility, lose fat, gain muscle or sport-specific performance – I will get you there. My methods are effective. It is no coincidence that once my clients sign with me – they stay with me.
