Why Burn Calories When You Can Burn Fat?

I overheard a couple of people talking about what exercises are best for burning calories.  I imagined they were really curious to find which exercises are best for burning fat.

Burning fat is most likely a goal of yours.  No matter how much weight you lose, you always seem to want to lose 10 more pounds.

The best way to do this is to do High Intensity Interval Training (HIIT).  Briefly, HIIT is expressed by exercising in a mode that emphasizes a work:rest ratio.  An example of this is to sprint down a basketball court (work), walk back to the start (rest) and repeat for X amount of time.

Below you will see two ways to add High Intensity Interval Training to your workout.
